The Project 'Integrated Project for Self-Entrepreneurship aims to promote sustainable, quality employment and support worker mobility.
The priority is the sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those who are not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities (so-called NEET).
Among the activities carried out within the project is the structural use of a remote interaction platform to enable the activity of the remote counters and territorial agents and above all to allow contact with NEETs through a specific interview, guidance, and online assistance form.
The project stems from the need to promote measures for self-entrepreneurship in the territory and to support young people in accessing training and in the process of applying for public or regional funding. Undoubtedly, the crisis triggered by the Covid 19 pandemic has highlighted the need to reorganise territorial actions with the use of IT tools, social networks and communication channels aimed at reaching the project recipients in order to ensure more intensive access to the SELFIEmployment Fund.
Among the activities: (1) the support of the more than 60 branches of the micro-credit network, operationally involved in the promotion activity towards NEETs; (2) the "one-to-one" coaching of NEETs, for the upload of applications by branches and territorial agents; (3) the support of the centralized institutional communication action.
The aim of the project is therefore to promote and support self-employment and self-entrepreneurship for women and the long-term unemployed, through training, preparatory and
aimed at accessing financing from the Revolving Fund managed by Invitalia.
The training activity will be aimed at reaching the target of 1000/1200 women and long-term unemployed persons trained through about 200 training rooms. Each classroom envisages a minimum number of 3 and a maximum of 10 trainees.
The training action should enable the recipients to acquire the basic knowledge for the creation and management of a business activity and in particular for the correct drafting of the business plan also for the purpose of submitting the application for funding on the Invitalia platform for access to the measure of the specific Fund.
The training course includes the definition of a "master course" and preliminary training of trainers for all teachers in order to standardize minimum quality levels.
minimum quality levels. The aim of the preliminary training of trainers is not only to standardize the classroom intervention in terms of content but also to ensure adequate quality standards, to increase the effectiveness of the interventions provided by the different actors throughout the country, to raise the awareness of the actors closest to the recipients of the measure on the characteristics of the measure, on the result objectives associated with the training action and to share best practices.
The training courses are targeted and optimized for access to financing from the Revolving Fund
managed by Invitalia, to accompany women and the long-term unemployed to learn how to
recognize and develop their entrepreneurial aptitudes and contextualize them in the business plan. The project envisages training courses to be held throughout the country in collaboration with the network of partner organizations, in particular with Ordini giovani accountants, Federterziario, other employers' associations, and trade unions, Network of counters "Retemicrocredito", bodies and associations collaborating with Retemicrocredito on the territory,
Universities and other public and private subjects whose contribution may positively contribute to the achievement of the result.
